The Ministry of Women and Child Development has launched a new program to set up a Women’s Aid Center with the aim of providing 24-hour immediate and emergency services to women affected by violence. One of them is the Integrated Service Center (OSC), which is being implemented for the protection and welfare of women such as the Women’s Assistance Center (181). A vital feature of the program is the pursuit of medical assistance, counseling, and legal, psychological, and emotional support for every woman seeking work. Applicants should have the following qualifications and experience in this program.
Center Administrator Vacancies 1:
Must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work / Psychology. Must have at least 4 years of experience in an administration set up with governmental and non-governmental programs or programs to prevent violence against women issues in psychological counseling or development management, and at least one year of experience in psychological counseling in or out of an organization. Only local women can apply. Accommodation will be provided and the monthly salary will be 30,000.
Senior Counselor Vacancies 1:
Must have M.S.W (Master Degree in Social work) degree in Social Work. Counseling Psychology M.Sc (Counseling Psychology), Development Management (Development Management) Must have at least two years of experience working in an administrative organization with government or non-government programs to protect against violence against women. Or one year of experience, having worked within or outside the same organization. Only women should apply. Applicant must be local. Travel-related travel will be provided. The monthly salary is 20,000.
Case Worker Vacancies 11:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social work. Must have one year of prior experience in Counseling Psychology or Development Management in an organization set up with programs in Government and Government programs to prevent violence against women, and at least one year of experience in Psychological Counseling or outside work. Must be under 35 years of age. The monthly salary is Rs 15,000.
Multi Purpose Helper Vacancies 3:
Must have experience working in any office. The applicant should know the recipe. Only local women can apply. The monthly salary is Rs 6400.
Security Guard Vacancies 4:
Must have experience working as a security guard in a government or a reputed company and be an intern. Both males and females can apply. The monthly salary is Rs 10,000.
